It's neat but doesn't make a very impressive gift. The packaging is very plain and doesn't visually demonstrate what it is or how it works.

very easy to start several of my plants in water or by the seed with this vase planter. So easy for the little ones to see the start of the seed of the Avocado plant . Would buy again. Very happy and so easy to start the plants .

I have been trying to grow an avocado seed for ages, and finally got one to start. This is great because it keeps the seed close to the water, but you don't have to worry about resting the seed on toothpicks, or something. Looks nice, as well.

This is not a large vase. Make sure you look at the dimensions before buying it. My little avocado pit is really flourishing in this vase and it's easy to change out the water. With any luck, in 15 years I'll be having guacamole.

As soon as I put my avocado seed plant in this vase, it began to grown like crazy! It has helped it flourish! Really love this vase!!

but i get the premise! however the avocado pit either sits in the water and rots or doesn’t touch the water at all (and still rots). has happened 3 times. but it’s the perfect size for a counter or bookshelf and a great conversation piece!
