【Japan Vegetable】Purple Sweet Potato Fine Powder 3.5 oz(100g)

💜 This purple sweet potato powder is wonderful! It has such a beautiful, light purple hue, and it smells fresh and natural. The taste is pretty mild- it just tastes like a subtle vegetable powder. The texture is very fine and soft, similar to flour.The reason I purchased this powder is for natural, plant-based coloring for my homemade soaps, candles, and bodycare products. Finally, I have the perfect color to match with actual lavender flowers and lavender essential oil! I highly recommend this vegetable powder from Japan. I believe the quality is excellent, and I'm totally in love with its lovely, vibrant color. This is brilliant stuff!I created a plant-based glitter eye shadow with this powder used as a main ingredient. I mixed other powders like rose powder and mica to get a nice, iridescent bronze/gold hue.

This is a good flavor powder and colorant, but tends to be lumpy unless you blend it well. Worth buying again, however, so just keep the need to prevent lumps in miind as you use it. Maybe add it to some warm water or milk and then add that to your food or drink.

Product seems to be what it says it is. Have not done ORAC, spectroscopy or HPLC to confirm it actually is Sweet purple carrot. I bought it for my dogs food. It’s supposed to help fight against bladder cancer.Attributes: fairly tasteless, gums up if put in water/juice. Very fine, light powder.Likes: mild flavor and fine texture. Nutritional panel, aluminum packaging to prevent light oxidation of the Anthocyanins. Zip lock feature.Dislikes: pouch has a built in moisture bag (dessicator) which made it very difficult to scoop out the powder.All in all I would buy again but highly recommend a different bag.

i like the color but it pricey！

I find this to be a little pricey for the amount that you get. The flavor is a bit to subtle for my, the coloring isn’t bad but if you’re looking for a brighter purple, you will need to add color. I like this because there are bits of Ube adding a nice texture instead of smoothness.

Excellent quality and taste.

Has a very fine texture and is flavorful. I used it to make ube pandesal and it came out as expected.
