I'll be honest, the instructions could use some work, but the lights are awesome. I have a converted travel trailer, and the lofted bed had short stemmed reading lights that always managed to hit me in the head when I sat against the wall or bed-side cabinet, so I bought these hoping I could have more head space and a more adjustable light. Money well spent. They work perfectly, weren't too hard to put in (Despite the poor instruction language), and dont make any noise when turned on! The usb ports work, but the charge depends on if you're on shore power or not. Anyway, they're just what I hoped for and I'm pretty happy with them. In the future, I'll get the ones with the dimmer switch or a set with different brightness modes, but these work great for this rv.

We use this light as a replacement for a touch style that was troublesome. It has worked perfectly and we do not miss the dimming feature of the touch light at all. A traditional on/off switch is hard to beat. I do recommend this light.

The lamps are bright and having the USB port built right in the base is definitely a plus. I only wish the flexible arm was a bit stiffer and little bit longer. I templet really should be included as the mounting bracket is covered by the base so marking for mounting is difficult after items separated.

I purchased this light for a van build to go above my bed. It worked out really well. It is well made all metal construction and looks really nice. One nice thing that may have been mentioned in the description somewhere is that it has a usb in the bottom of it so you can also charge your phone from it. The housing is a smart design that allows you to easily do a clean flush mount. I highly recommend this light for camper vans, rv’s, etc.

I mounted these lights in my teardrop trailer. They work great as a reading light and a charging station for phones at night. You will however need to pre-plan your mounting setup. The cover needs to come off in order to gain access to the mounting bracket. The screws for the cover are on each side. What this means is that if you mount these lights in a corner, you will not have access to the screw on one side or the other. I ended up making a base plate to mount the lights to. I then screwed the base plate to the wall I wanted the lights on. Looks fancier, but added the complexity of making baseplates for each light.

Added one of these to each side of the bed in our RV. Installation was easy. Light shines across the bedroom, although not needed to shine quite that far. Light is a bright white and not a soft yellow. Charging port works but is very slow. Flexible shaft works to keep light on just one side of the bed or one person's book. Overall pleased and would purchase again.

My original map lights in my camper van were rattling badly, I would tighten the hinges and after a few miles they would begin rattling again. So I decided I wanted something adjustable, just not hinged, which meant a goose-neck light would be in order. my camper is a late 90 dodge and came with gold / brass plated fixtures, not my style, but it is what it is and not to be found today, So I found these black goose-neck 12v led reading lights and thought these would work. It came with built in USB charging a feature I had no need but I thought they used the charger as a led driver so I thought I would just not use it, no big deal.Well I guess it was because the 1st one flickered, the second one did nothing. I contacted amazon and I was sent a second set. Upon opening it, I noticed the lights looked similar but apparently had a dimming feature.. Looked similar, just another feature I did not need. 1st light went in and worked.... But the second light when I hooked up to test it burst into smoke and the caught fire, I mean literally fire. That's when I took out the working one and started a return.Interestingly when I started the return, Amazon didn't give me the option to take it to wholefoods it wanted me to take it across town. But after fiddling around I found an option to return to a closer FedEx location. July 2nd I started the return I dropped it off on July 5th and according to Amazon return page the refund will be credited on August 3rd. Its only $36 and not a hugely big deal but if this becomes a trend Amazon is going to lose a long term customer. I buy a lot of stuff on Amazon and I have absolutely no problem with returning items that don't function as they should.

seems to be quite solidly built. Good light, plenty to read by. USB is a nice bonus.

These are very stylish reading lights which we use in our campervan, love them.

Ich habe die Leuchte unter einem Oberschrank montiert, dadurch ergibt sich ein guter Aktionsradius für den Gebrauch als Leseleuchte am Tisch sowie gedimmt als Schummerlicht zum Fernsehen. Auch das Handy-Laden funktioniert einwandfrei. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: es ist keine seitliche Kabeldurchführung vorgesehen um das Kabel auch seitlich "Aufputz" zuführen zu können.
