Lodge Round Double Handle Cast Iron Pan/Skillet, Black, 8-Inch 17L5RPL3

Been using it for a while. Very practical for my day to day use for eggs and steak.

This made me a fan of Lodge cast iron pans. Steaks and other meat come out perfectly (skills required 😅), and it brings the extra flavour a foodie is looking for. I do not enjoy steaks in restaurants anymore... Perfect size for a single person, but I will be purchasing a bigger size at some point for entertaining guests.Follow the cleaning regime and it will outlive you. Just make sure you know how to cook with cast iron as the additional skills / effort is worth understanding first... Do not let that intimidate you though as I am in no way a confident chef, but I understood what I was committing to prior to purchasing. Cast iron is not for everyone though.

Heavy great but rusted constantly

The sides slope more than I thought, so the actual useable base size is less than I had hoped - wish I’d gone for next size up. Good little pan though.

Very disappointed in this pan as, from day one, everything stuck to it. I have followed the instructions but it is useless as a non-stick pan.
