It seems a few capsules have exploded in the bottle causing the remaining to be covered in powder that's not nice.

Just ordered another batch of these, they are amazing for many different reasons. I decided to try magnesium supplements after listening to Joe Rogan. They massively aid in muscles recovery, I lift weights 5 times a week, I always thought the muscles soreness was just a byproduct and unavoidable but after using these I can see it doesn't have to be. Don't know the exact science but I can testify that when I'm taking these daily my arms and legs don't hurt at all, even after a heavy sessions I feel fine the next day. I used my 90 days worth and then decided to try another brand that were much cheaper, same levels of magnesium but they just didn't work the same so after two weeks off I went back to these ones and noticed a difference within a couple of days. One of the best benefits of these is how it regulates your bowel movements, like many lifters my diet is protein heavy and this can cause me to become bloated. These tablets mean I'm going every day and a good consistency, might not seem like a selling point to some people but most will get it. Sleep is better, feel more energetic, I can't talk highly enough of these tablets!!

The question that undoubtedly on your mind right now is "does this product work". Now I can't say if it will work for you, all I can tell you is how it has affected me, in a very honest and frank way. I have been a long time believer in the power of ZMA in aiding recovery/ general well being/ improving sleep. I used the Optimum Nutrition ZMA for 6 months last year and I had some great results - in regards to sleep. However, it became unattainable. My life circumstances over the past year mean that I dropped my Gym/Supplement regime down to minimum. Over the past few weeks I have picked it back up again, with regular gym sessions but also juggling this along side a very hectic work schedule. Thats where these tablets have revolutionised my days. Since starting these caps (I take 2 a night, however 3 works even better) my sleep quality has improved substantially. I wear a FitBit Charge HR at all hours especially during sleep (my sleep pattern hasn't been great, and once I get to sleep, I can't stay there) and the recordings of my sleep quality have changed beyond recognition. I am now falling asleep quicker and deeper and staying there for hours on end. I have gone from waking up and being restless for around an hour a night, to only 5 or so minutes. I wake up EVERY morning feeling unbelievably more alert., which is handed since my day starts with a two hour commute. I don't usually leave reviews, however this time I felt that I had to share my experiences. Sorry its a bit long.Pros: Deeper Sleep, better quality sleep, wake up feeling considerably more alert.Cons: Slight (and I mean slight) tummy ache in the morning. No problem with bowel movements or anything like that (however I have suffered with IBS in the past, this may just be a coincidence that I am experiencing this now)
