TENA for Men Premium Fit Level 4 - S/M Pack of 10

Started to buy these adult diapers due to cancer diagnosis, treatment and side effects in my forties. They really do the job and always make me feel protected whether I have an accident downstairs or not - they provide that added security that takes away any embarrassment in a worst case scenario. I feel like I can get out and live my life without any paranoia. They fit well, look fine underneath regular underwear and actually give a little enhancement to the groin and the bum without surgery. Good value for money. Would highly recommend.

I never thought i would need enything like this iam 50 years old this year and suffer from ibs d anyone who has this problem knows what i mean about urgency however these are not the best they look like an oversized kids nappy i really do think they should come out with something that would look like normal underwear than this i know it says new desigh but come on i was more afraid to wear these and belive me i could not bring myself do do it if you are a young 50 year old or even someone older look elsewhere these are awful

I suffer from post micturition dribble and found these pull ups more hassle free than the Tena shields which I never really got on with and much better than the Depend equivalent which rode higher and had less padding. I've found it to be the only pull up/nappy which is truly discreet as there's less padding at the back and they don't ride too high - they also look a lot like regular underwear. The only downsides I've found are that they do tend to get loose at the day goes on and fall down a bit but wearing regular underwear over the top stops this. Also, changing them can be annoying and time consuming as you have to remove trousers, shoes etc. so I use these as my main protection and then change into a belted or taped nappy if I've got a long day. Barring those issues, I've found these to be the best product on the market.

These are not the same pack as shown when making purchase. Although pants are ok it's shown as Medium but the packs sent are S/M which seem to be slightly smaller
