Having spent several years in Hong Kong I developed a taste for good quality Matcha Green Tea, since returning back to the UK I found myself testing many brands but none of them measured up to the taste I had grown accustomed to, that is until I tried ZlimZest Matcha Green Tea Powder. I found the taste to be just right not too bitter and overpowering and not powdery. The fineness of the powder meant that it blends very well with anything especially water, I found it did not clump together like so may others. Due to the great quality I also found that I did not need to use as much to get the great taste I am looking for, this means that 1 pouch lasts longer (over 4 weeks), It comes with a measuring spoon which is handy. I new it was good quality the first time I tasted it as it made me feel boosted and energised right from the start, I did nt get this m=with the other teas I had been trying, this feeling you only get from good quality matcha. I highly recommend Zlimzest Match Green Tea.

I have reordered this product now for about the fourth time I thing and am very happy with it. I've tried other brands and other grades and whilst I can't say I've noticed any difference to my health or energy I love the taste and actually look forward to my first cup of the day when I wake up! If you're not used to matcha tea or even just green tea it will probably take a while to get used to the taste but it's worth persevering for the health benefits! I'm on holiday at the moment and forgot to bring it with me and am really missing starting my day with a cup of SlimZest matcha tea!

This is the cheapest green tea I have found for the amount you get. I don't drink tea on its own, I don't like it, I prefer coffee. However I am convinced by the health benefits and stimulant properties of green tea. Everything said about this product is true; it is not quite as bright green as the most expensive brand, its raw taste is more bitter, the packaging is problematic. But I wanted it for adding to slimming shakes and found that despite the raw bitterness I cannot taste it in my shake, there is no bitter aftertaste so at this price I am willing to put up with the minor inconvenience of the packaging. I've just ordered my second pouch, I cut off the ziplock and carefully decanted the contents into an old marmalade jar, then cut the pack completely open, scaped out the remains onto a piece of paper and poured that in too. Minimal mess. I knew what I was getting into and think it's a good tradeoff. It's certainly not premium quality and on its own a bit unpalatable, in a blend it's acceptable if you're on a budget. I find it's best to stir this into water first and it disolves quickly and fully, better than if the milk power or any milk is already there.

This is my second purchase of the matcha green tea. I have it everyday on my chia seeds, matcha lattes and I also use it in my vegan brownies and it never disappoints. Really nice taste and very reasonable price for how much you get. The last pack lasted me about 5 months. If you make a matcha latte, just make sure every bit of matcha is stirred in as it can clump and isn’t nice if you find a raw clump at the bottom of your mug :)

Exvellent product. I add sweetener to mine as i dont like the bitter taste and have added sugar to it on occasions. Great as a health kick when on a diet. I dont feel you lose weight with this product but does certainly help if you are actually on a diet. Def goves me a feeling of energy. One thing to remember, it may affect you in the 1st week as you are detoxing and you may feel quite rubbish for a week. But carry on with it after the week and it def makes you feel like you have a new zest for life! Love Matcha!

I have been using green tea bags on and off for years as I like herbal tea and I also am aware of its link to weight loss. I recently purchased a power blender and have started making regular smoothies. For recipes containing green tea I would prepare in advance and then leave to chill -time consuming and easy for me to forget !. I browsed the internet as I had heard mention of Matcha powder and decided to look at Amazons selection. I chose SlimZest Premium Grade for its quality and positive feedback and also affordable price. I have not been disappointed in my choice.

The taste is average but as expected for the price. The colour is dark green as opposed to bright and it tastes a bit bitter. However, fast shipping, good value for the amount you get considering matcha is usually quite expensive, but the quality is low as well. You can offset the bitter taste by adding more water or using it in a matcha latte with milk and sugar, but it's hard to drink on it's on unless you like bitter tastes. Overall, you get what you paid for with this. I have tried all kinds of matcha brands both in the UK and when I lived in Japan, and I have to say this matcha is at the bottom end of the quality and taste ladder. If you're a matcha veteran fan like me, I would not recommend this but if you are looking for just the antioxidant affect and don't really care about the taste or plan on using it for desserts, then it is good value for the amount you get.

I don't really know how many times in my life I purchased and tried drinking green tea...a lot! And every time I had to throw away about 18 tea bags (of 20) as I didn't like the taste of those teas. So, I didn't expect too much from any green tea. Having read customers' feedbacks I decided to purchase a pack of Matcha tea. And what can I say after drinking it for 5 days....it's so good, the taste of it is so smooth...it's just lovely! After having a mug of the tea in the morning I really feel full of energy, and I am serious. not joking! No more coffee in the morning - just a mug of Matcha tea - healthy and tasty.

...ça permet d'avaler cette horreur à moindre prix. Ce qui est marrant dans ce qu'on avale, c'est ce qui est dégoutant qui fait du bien. C'est un anti-oxydant ou anti-occident (à voir à terme) des plus puissants. Perso, je préfère la Bloody Mary, mais comme c'est bon, ça fait du mal.....
