Do not buy this fabulous rice cooker as a Christmas Present
This rice cooker is brilliant. perfect rice everytime. My only mistake was to present it to the other half as a Christmas gift. BIG MISTAKE. No matter how well intentioned you are, your significant other (not a bloke obvs) will not appreciate it's functionality, it's low cost, it's ease of use, the brilliant results. Because guys this is NOT in Christmas pressie territory. You may as well book yourself straight into A&E.. Any other time of the year say "Look what I bought us for the house." and give her the rice cooker, you will be a hero. But for the love of God and all that is holy it's not a Chrimbo pressie.

Great Rice Cooker – Convenient and Easy to Use
I’ve been really happy with this rice cooker. It’s the perfect size for making rice for a small family, and the keep warm function is a great feature for keeping rice warm until ready to serve. The removable non-stick bowl makes cleaning up a breeze, and the steamer basket is a handy bonus for steaming vegetables or fish. The 700W power is sufficient to cook rice quickly, and it’s energy-efficient, which is always a plus. The measuring cup and spoon included are useful for getting the right proportions, and overall, the cooker is easy to use and makes cooking rice much simpler. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can be a bit bulky, so storage may be an issue if you have limited space. However, for the price, it’s a solid and reliable rice cooker that gets the job done well. Highly recommended!

Rise of the Machines: A Story About a £22 Rice Cooker
I bought this mainly out of chronic laziness and a need to free up space on the hobs when I’m cooking, but it has become a left-field mainstay of the kitchen that I can hardly remember life without.Essentially it’s a medium-sized, not entirely unattractive silver box into which you dump rinsed rice and (approx. 1x-1.25x volume of) water, cover and flick a switch. Then about 20 minutes later, as if by magic, you have perfect rice.I often sit and wonder how the unit knows when the rice is cooked. Is it done by weight and a sensor of some sort? Is it sentient? Is this the rise of the machines or is it imbued with some sort of unholy dark magic? There's no obvious answer, and I’m not sure anybody truly knows. But ultimately I decide this route of thought is futile and choose to live in blissful ignorance and a world of well-cooked rice.It also comes with a plastic steaming basket so you can steam whatever it is you want to steam. It seats on top of the main bowl and works well, although you are sort of limited by the amount of rice/water being cooked, and the subsequent amount of steam produced. One of the most important things to note is to make sure you turn the power switch off at the back once it’s done, otherwise the “keep warm” heating element stays on and you end up with an overcooked bottom layer of rice. A well-intentioned function that is detailed in the user manual, just not very well executed (perhaps limited by the hardware the low price commands?). Just remember, even the Death Star had fatal flaws and I'm pretty sure that didn't cost £22.Anyway I digress, it's a complete bargain, basically.

Rice cooker have Stopped working
The media could not be loaded. I have started using this few days back and seen that the rice in it gets burnt when cooked , now after using for a week it a stopped working, and there is a bent in the cooker.

I'm a rice master now!
The media could not be loaded. Big fan of this rice cooker! It's so easy to use and gives great fluffy rice, I would always recommended to wash your rice a few times first for best results. Point the hole in the lid away towards a window or something to let steam out as it can bubble over a bit. Also great and easy for steaming veg or fruit for little ones when baby weaning! Easy to clean and very durable so far

Unfinished cooking
It works nice at the begininng. But after some time of use, it just doesnt work. The switch keeps tipping automatically without cooking.
