Solgar Vitamin D3 4000 IU, This supplement has helped me maintain my energy levels and overall wellbeing, especially during periods with little sunlight. The capsules are easy to take, and I trust the quality. I would recommend it because it's Effective for maintaining healthy vitamin D levels, especially during low sunlight months.

I never rate these things on wether they work or not as they’re different on everybody, I will however say that it came intact, well wrapped and in a decent glass bottle fully sealed with the contents intact.

El bote llegó bien cerrado y sellado. Junto con las cápsulas viene un algodón para evitar que se deterioren en el transporte. Son perfectas para un aporte extra, no es ningún sustituto alimenticio. Mi recomendación es tomárselo después de unos 30 minutos despierto y haber tomado ya un vaso de agua. Las tomo junto con otros complementos. Hay quienes notan más energía, en mi caso no ha sido así. Entiendo que también influirá si lo complementas haciendo deporte, en mi caso ya lo practicaba por lo que quizás eso pueda ser la diferencia con otros comentarios.
