Can you easily remove the screen protector? Can it pop out or would I have to cut it out

The screen protector is integrated into the case. You would have to cut it out if you didn't want it. You might want to check out the Symmetry series of OtterBox. They only have the case without any screen protector.

Does this fit the Samsung S7 Edge?

No, it's for the 2017 S7 only. The buttons are different on the Edge & the Active. Look for. Different can.

Does this fit the samsung galaxy a6? it only says s7. i assume they are same, just not sure.

Generally speaking if something says S7, it means S7. I am not 100% sure but I will guess it does not fit an A6.
