This brush/dryer is fabulous. I was struggling to hold a brush in one hand and hairdryer in the other, I have MS, but this brush/dryer is a life saver. I wish I had known earlier. I have no frizz when using it, can’t recommend enough.

Andouille fantastic! Best I e ever owned by far and I’ve tried so many including the big D. This lightweight, super effective and convenient styler is the best thing zine bought this year I HIGHLY recommend it, it had honestly been a blessing on my fine yet plentiful mid length aging hair and is astonishing easy to use. I LOVE IT. Only slight downside is that yes, it is sometimes difficult to locate the on/off switch. Change this and it will be perfect, it almost is now!

I replaced a BaByliss styler with this version and while the other one styled better because the barrel rotated, it was quite hot. This one has more moderate temperatures, which suits my fine, shoulder length hair well. It's more of a dryer brush than a styler but I'm still very happy with it as I can do a shorter blast with a standard hairdryer and then completely dry it with this, so it's quick to use. It's also good value for money, very light, has a good length lead and the titanium coating seems to protect my hair.

I don’t normally write reviews but I am so pleased with this Hot Air Styler that I would like to share my views on it.I am elderly with arthritic hands and for many years have had to use these products as I can no longer use hair dryer and brush when washing my hair. I have used a few different makes and this is best one I’ve used. I’ve used it on dry hair and for the first time today when washing and styling my hair and it was so much easier and the bristles on the brush allows you to get closer to the roots when using the cool setting to fix your style. The only negitve on this is the button to turn on and to each setting is flat with the handle so a bit hard to change the settings especially with old hands. A raised switch would have been much better as was my previous one of same make but still happy with it and will probably get more used to it with practice.

I purchased this item on 8th October 2024, it stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I contacted Amazon who referred me on to the manufacture. I explained the issue and they have asked me all of these questions below:-In order for me to assist you further, please advise us with the following:- How are you storing the lead after use. Left loose or gently wrapped around appliance?- Is the rear filter cleaned regularly? The reason that we ask to confirm this is that if the rear filter is not cleaned regular it can build up & block the air flow causing it to overheat, cut out or produce a burning smell.- Please confirm you are using on 80-90% dry hair? Reason we ask this, is if using on very wet hair can cause a strain to the motor.- Please confirm you are not using it at a stretch from the socket?- The model number of your product. This information can be found on a rating plate on the appliance itself, please ensure the REF is clear when sending image of this.- An image of the batch code, this is an etched in number consisting of 4 numbers followed by 2 letters.- Please kindly place a piece of paper in one of the above images quoting reference on it: CN00339124- Please kindly attach your purchase receipt (if held) showing the date of purchase.- Please confirm if this is being used for professional use or home use only.- Your full name and UK address details and telephone number.- Have you had cause to return this to us previously?I explained that I knew how to use this brush and it was my third one. Came back with the same response. I actually thought my contract was with Amazon especially as this is in the guarantee period! Not happy with some of their questions, feel they are insulting.I have also used QVC to purchase a range of items, if one is faulty they will arrange a replacement or refund without all of these type of questions.I cannot recommend this item or either Amazon customer service or the manufacture.
