Very good eye ointment, I used to use Simple eye ointment but could no longer get it on prescription from GP so Pharmacist recommended Xailin ointment which I now use every night as my eye lids don't shut fully & my eyes dry out which can be very painful it keeps the eyes lubricated it is quite runny compared to Simple eye ointment & will leave marks on your pillow case if not careful! if I go away I always put a towel on the pillow case. Probably not suitable for day use as it will make your sight a little blurry but it is so much better than liquid tears or eye drops as it is oil based for me it has been a life saver.

Prescritto dal mio oculista come coadiuvante per l'occhio secco. Il prodotto è ottimo (a parte l'iniziale fastidio) il sollievo arriva pochi istanti dopo, l'idratazione è duratura. Ottimo il prezzo inferiore alla farmacia (quasi 5 euro in meno) che non guasta se bisogna protrarre l'utilizzo per mesi come nel mio caso.

I have severe dry eye and must used an evening ointment when I go to bed. This is the exact same formulation as the far more expensive brand-name. So glad I bought the larger tube. Really saved me money. It is better than Retaine, the other larger tube ointment. I’ve used the name brand, Xailin, and Retaine. Xailin wins as it saves me a lot of money over the US name brand and US generic brands! The delivery time for Xailin is longer, so be sure to place your order at least two weeks before you need a new tube.

J'ai très bien reçu ma crème ophtalmique de nuit Xailin nuit Unguento. Elle se présente dans un petit tube blanc et il convient d'en mettre la valeur d'un grain de nuit sans le sac conjonctival. Utilisation et résultats : Cette crème oscille entre crème et pommade ophtalmique, elle est très confortable et idéale pour les yeux secs voire très secs. Elle est de couleur blanche, ne pique pas du tout. Le sac conjonctival est la paupière inférieure qu'il faut tirer afin de mettre un petit grain de riz de pommade à l'intérieur. Et l'on fait cela pour les deux yeux. Le lendemain matin, mes yeux sont bien nourris, hydratés et apaisés - c'est très agréable. Je prends un peu de lotion micellaire sur un coton et je nettoie mes yeux pour enlever le surplus. C'est un bon produit.

Lo he probado en dos ocasiones y aunque la desconfianza estába ahí he de decir que xilin y xailin según el prospecto es lo mismo. El xailin me ha funcionado bien y ahora repito ahhhh.... (me lo pongo todas las noches)
