Lego Friends 41126: Heartlake Riding Club
We have had this Heartlake Riding Club set since just before Christmas and this is one of my children's favourite sets to play with. We are big fans of Lego Friends and Lego Elves in my home and although I haven't been disappointed in any Lego Friends set, this Riding Club set is easily one of the best ones that I have bought. I have also bought the Lego Friends 41123 Foal's Washing Station and Lego Friends 41125 Horse Vet Trailer sets to go alongside this set and they go together wonderfully if you are able to get them together. At the time of buying the set it was £54.99 at full price but I managed to buy it from Amazon at a bit less. The set comes with a Stephanie and a Mia figure along with a little mouse and the two horses; Ninja and Spice. In addition to both of the girls having their normal hair pieces the set also comes with a helmet hair piece for each of them to pop on their heads for when they are riding the horses. The set has three booklets with easy to follow step by step instructions and five main build bags along with an additional bag with base plates and the horses inside so as you can probably tell it is quite a big build. The set has 575 pieces plus some small additional spare pieces. The main riding club once built measure approx 32cm long by 17.5cm high by 14cm deep.In addition to the main riding club block the set comes with a rotating horse exerciser, feeding and drinking trough, trophy stand, grooming station and practice jump which has two height levels. As with the girls, the horses have a few options as they have their main middle piece so that they aren't wearing anything or alternatively they have a blanket or saddle each that can be worn. They also each have a bridle. The set comes with a pack of light purple accessories which include grooming equipment, bows and rosettes to decorate the horses and the girls hair if wished. The ground floor of the riding club has a dressing room with toilet, hat stand and sink to the right hand side when facing the club, main middle area where the trophy stand can be put which has a bench and calendar wall and finally the two horses stables. The stables and dressing room all have doors that open. The first floor has a cafeteria with a seating area and food table which has melon and cherry pie food pieces, a water bottle and two red mugs. There is a small ladder leading up to this area and the three windows all open.Slightly higher up there is the loft area which has roof panels that can be opened up for easier play access. The loft area features a little bed area for the girls to sleep and the window here opens too.Just above the dressing room is the weather vane which can be turned and just underneath the vane there is a little mouse house for the mouse. As I mentioned above this has been one of my children's favourite Lego Friends sets to play with and the play value it offers is wonderful especially when teamed up with the other two smaller vet trailer and foal washing station sets but even by itself this has offered hours upon hours of play for my two and they obviously love the horses with each of them having picked their own horse as 'theirs'. Another wonderful Lego Friends set that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for anyone thinking of buying it.

Excellent set for children, good quality.
Having grown up on Technic Lego in the 1980s, I was a little apprehensive of starting my daughter on these new Friends sets which only build one thing. However the set is beautifully made, and has a lot of interesting pieces to keep children entertained, it took my 6 year old about 4 hours solid building to create this kit, and she enjoyed every minute. It's split into three instruction booklets, each stage only adds a small number of pieces so it's easy to follow; the pieces are packed in separate plastic bags therefore the first build it's easy to find everything you need. The finished model is nicely detailed and she is really enjoying it play with it and the accessories. My only criticisms would be: it's a shame Lego don't make nice cardboard box packaging, with a lid and compartments to keep the set in when it's back in pieces (like the original sets of yesteryear) and that these Friends kits don't show some alternative models, (even just with some of the parts or what can be made with extended sets), I'm aware the Builder sets do, but I feel it's a missed opportunity with a toy which encourages this type of creative and imaginative play - perhaps a limitation of kits with such specialist parts.. However, it's very good quality, with neat little additions like the mouse with its home at the top of the stables, plenty of small pieces to keep children entertained and play potential with the horses which can have saddles, riders, blankets etc. Also there are some spare parts including covering the smallest easy to lose items, which is appreciated. My daughter loves it, it's her first Lego set of her own, and she definitely wants more now, so I'll have to rate it 5 out of 5!

Good Lego set
This is a really good Lego set and my daughter loves it. We bought it for her 7th birthday and she was able to build it on her own. It's not the biggest Lego set once constructed but for the price it's not bad. The set comes with extra bits like characters, horses, rosettes for the horse, horse combs, carrots, plus lots of other things.I'd recommend this Lego set.

Friends Heartlake Riding Club
I bought this for my granddaughter who loves her riding lessons. We opened it together and I was amazed at the detail and content of the set. She was thrilled with it and I am sure it will give her hours of pleasure and fun. Details for the build were easy for her to follow and she was pleased with the result. Very good value for money and Lego is so durable, it will no doubt, last for ever.

Great Lego Friends set.
Lovely addition to our daughters Lego Friends collection. She has a few horse and animal Lego sets so this goes well with them. Excellent quality as you would expect from Lego and bought when on offer so only paid £29.99 for the set which I thought was very reasonable as it is quite a substantial Lego set.

It was a perfect gift for her
My daughter loves it. It was a perfect gift for her. It is a great surprise for any horse/pony lover little girl, who loves construction toys as well.

Happy daughter
My 9 year old daughter was very pleased with this. You don't get a lot of lego for your money though do you! took her about 3 hours in total to complete, but she is very happy with it.

Worth the money
Very good. Took her hours to build and nice to play with afterwards. Plenty for the money which is rare for lego.
