I am an art enthusiast and a beginner in watercolours. I have used a few watercolours sets before, but this one is definitely the best so far.Pigment is fantastic and enables you to reach vibrant colour as well as a pastel shades. I find them much nicer to work with than dry/semi dry ones.Blends very well and is easy to use. I would say that for the price it is worth it. Value for money.

Thought be bigger contents wise but ok for practice as I will be learning

I expected watercolour but the fix said gouache... are they the same thing?

I put off writing this review a little bit. I wanted to be sure all the colors worked the same as the first one I tried. They pretty much do and I finished my coloring page picture. Just dap a dot on your paint holder, whatever your using then add a drop of water or two and mix. A little bit goes a long way and I had some left over from using that method even. The colors go on very solid or opaquely and then when dry you can see your coloring page lines as it becomes transparent. Which is great for coloring. Here's my page I did. The eyes, fish and blue top part of the pole were done with a watercolor brush marker otherwise it was all these paints. Hope this helps. They are a good deal for the price and will last me a long time. Don't know why it always puts my pictures sideways, sorry about that. The only quirk I found with these is they are harder to clean from my water brush but it does come clean.NOTE: Five days later and I just rewet the dried cracked paints in my pallet and almost every color rewet great and gave rich pigment and some rewet fine but gave strong to normal pigment (meaning dark to light as the stroke went on) where the others were all solid no fade.
