The product was finished well and posted on time with good packaging. I was aware there wasn't chalk included which would make this better but the main bit to learn is if you want it personalised keep an eye on your emails as you will need to reply to the email with the name you wish to have on the product. An option of typing it at the time of purchase would have been better

I was a little concerned when I ordered because the personalisation page stated that the font would be Arial. However, the final product came through with the font shown in the images, and I couldn't be happier. Arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. My other half thought it was a lovely surprise!

Lovely little plaque. Smaller than I expected but none the less still lovely. Only let down I have is small silver heart is terribly painted it really takes down the finish of the design.

A pretty little plaque although smaller than envisaged.. Would have been nice if it came with a piece of chalk as now have to source that separately. Top tip, buy some chalk when you order this :)

Very nice, good quality plaque received quickly. Although agree with previous review that I would have thought a piece of chalk would have been included, I'll now need to find somewhere to buy chalk before I can give this gift to my friend.

I was given one of these when I got engaged so when my friend got engaged I knew exactly what to get her. She loves this and its a nice little personal touch as well. Now she can egg her soon to be husband on about setting the date so she can fill in the board lol
