Love this but only issue (nothing major) is the the turn screws seemed a little poor quality, I was worried they may break.

The orientation of Part H (Latch) is incorrectly illustrated in the instructions (at the time of posting on 28/05/24). The illustrations show the latch's release button orientated towards the outside edge of the door. In this position, and when the latch has been released, the pin is unretractable from its retaining hole. The only way to open the door is to unscrew and remove the latches, which is what I had to do. Be sure that the button releases the pin away from the frame before fitting the latches. Other than that, I'm quite satisfied with this product.

Bought this cupboard because I needed to have something that didn't look too office like but had a lock. It did arrive on time but there the positives ended. It arrived damged (corner of cupboard bashed) and the backboard did not fit properly- the cabinet is just not square. The back piece holding the two bits of board together was missing. When I contacted customer services, they said to use strong tape as that worked better and they'd had problems with the back spine peice snapping during delievry. To be fair, the tape (not provided) probably did hold the back together better that the original bit which is just as well. When I put the cabinet together, which was staright foward enough, the lock turns the wrong way which doesnt affect the function, it is just odd to lock a cabinet by turning the key clockwise. The doors would not fit square with the unit despite my experienced DIY man spending half an hour adjusting the hinges. It is fairly stable but that's probably due to me using a strong adhesive tape on the back. Overall, this producet id very badly made and if it were not for the fact that I needed to use it staright away, I would have sent it back and asked for a refund. Moral of the story is 'you get what you pay for'.

I must admit, I clicked buy before reading the reviews on this product, and then got a little worried reading them after the fact.Thankfully, this cupboard has turned out perfect, the instructions are clear and it feels solid.One piece of advice, and I can see this is where some other reviewers went wrong, make sure that you are screwing the screws in perfectly straight, otherwise parts won’t line up.

Good build easy to assemble very pleased with it looks good

I was very nervous about buying this unit, it was pretty much exactly what I wanted, Matt white and the right size for the space, which there weren’t many options available. The closest unit I could find for the same size and style was £55 more than this. We read the reviews which were really bad and knew we were taking a risk, but it paid off. It went together easily, all the parts were there, the instructions were easy to follow, and with one studying the instructions while the other did the building, it was done in an hour and a half. The lock on it certainly wouldn’t stop a thief, but to stop a small child or pet you’d be fine. Overall it’s cheep and cheerful, for the money we paid we’re happy.

I put a lot of stuff and it is very strong. I love the exterior finish. It was a bit difficult for me to assembly but in the end I managed!

It has been a painful process to order this item. Sadly when the second item finally got delivered, the screws were to short and as per the pictures, there are some damage/poor quality to some of the panels. The instructions are not as clear as it could be and can benefit from being improved to a user friendly state, with clear instructions & pictures.
