Better that look pedals on a road bike
Always love them, preferring them to look pedals that are harder to engage. I'm off the fastest from lights and you get 4 chances to lock into the pedal, not the 1 on Look pedals

Classic mud shedding minimalist pedals
Been using these for years, and while they do need more maintenence than shimano for example, the extra float and mud shedding abilities are well worth it in my mind.Servicing is a very quick and easy job, got these on 4 bikes before I bought the latest pair of egg beaters for the n+1 latest purchase.
