I used to buy these on the regular. Just recently decided to purchase as I stopped altogether with healthy bacteria caps and coincidentally? was plagued with regular stomach upsets. I bought other alternatives for a while that were not effective. Not to mention no bowel movements for days and constipation. Started on these again, feel better already! These are quality natural supplements, containing plenty of healthy bacteria to calm my stomach & keep it running smoothly. The fibre in these has meant I am back to having regular bowel movements and no dreaded constipation. Plus at this price cheaper than the overpriced chemist on the high street.

Great stuff for your bowels

Product arrived on time and was what I needed.

I have been unable to tolerate any milk products (cow,goat,sheep etc) for over 30 years, experiencing various ibs and other allergic type symptoms over the years, not life threatening, but uncomfortable and limiting. I read an article about probiotics helping to cure allergies so 6 months ago I started using these daily, just one per day and didn't think too much about it after that. What I didn't realise over these months (because I had cut out dairy products long ago) is that my intolerance had gone and whereas even a small piece of cheese or milk contained in a biscuit would affect me within 24hours, I am now able to eat cheese, ice cream, butter and for the first time in years don't have to scan the ingredients of everything I buy to check for hidden dairy products. I'm guessing that the probiotics have healed my leaky gut syndrome which is apparantly often the cause of food intolerance. I don't know, but all I can say is that these worked a miracle in my life, and if you knew me you would know the extent I've have to go to ensure I dont have dairy for the past 30 years! Its early days, one month, but my fingers are crossed! I'm not sure whether I need to continue with the probiotics indefinitely....maybe someone can enlighten me.

Great - healthy and worth using.

At the tender age of 52, I am very aware that at this time of life, weight can be put on very easily, especially in places where one doesn't want it to go on! Having said that, I am very aware of what I eat, I exercise/get lots of exercise daily and drink PLENTY of fluids. I must say, though, that since taking the Prebio 7 capsules (before I used to take just a probiotic), I suffer from virtually no flatulence at all (sorry to mention the f............ word!), my bowels are extremely regular and - touch wood - I very rarely become ill. These capsules can only be described as a wonder capsule - I would recommend them to anyone, regardless of age, because it is extremely important to get into our bodies, as many pro and prebiotics, as possible. By buying in bulk, you save money than, say, purchasing them from larger chemists or health food stores. When I have finished this packet, I will definitely be purchasing more from Amazon.

Amazing quality and cheaper than h&b

Me and my husband have been taking these for over 6 months now and are both happy to continue with them no more bloating even after meals etc and generally feeling better on them,I originally started with them as i take medication which side effects are constipation bloating wind etc i did take senna etc for this but with continued use i had side effects so i tried these which are really good and have got rid of all symptoms by 90% with no side effects did take the odd senna every few wks as needed that extra help,my husband doesn't suffer with constipation but feels they have made him more regular,we are able to take them on holiday abroad which apparently help with any upset stomachs and we didnt experience any and i also had to take 3wks of antibiotics which can cause upset stomach which i didnt experience so maybe they do help with both of these as well,the list goes on what they apparently can help with, i did read helps eczema which i have a mild form of and only recently noticed ive not been experiencing it flaring up but ive been on these capsules over 6 months,i take 2 capsules a day my husband 1,overall we are very happy with them and they are the same as whats in boots and superdrug they do 3 for 2 on packs of 40 but feel these are slightly a better deal and delivered straigtht to your door

Ich bin mit dem Produkt "Prebio 7" sehr zufrieden und empfehle es gerne zum Kauf. Ein Ungleichgewicht meiner Darmflora konnte ich mit der Einnahme von 1-2 Kapseln täglich über mehrere Wochen bestens wieder ins Gleichgewicht bringen. Über negative Nebenwirkungen kann ich nicht klagen. Das Produkt hat meiner Meinung nach 5 Sterne mehr als verdient!

Probio 7 is my favorite probiotic (I think I’ve tried about 5-6 kinds the past few years). I first tried Probio 7 while I was on vacation in London in the fall of 2015. I’d forgotten my then-current brand at home in the U.S., so I purchased this brand at the Boots (R) store by our hotel, and felt wonderful the whole trip. When I finished the box after I’d returned to the U.S., I was sad to learn that Boots wouldn’t ship these to America, and so I tried an Amazon search, and bingo! An economy pack shipped to my home! I have a strip of them in my desk at work in case I forget to take one in the morning. No refrigeration needed. A bit of fiber added to the blend, nothing to cause issues (ahem), these keep the ol’ intestinal fortitude humming along. Great vendor, fast shipping. You will feel good with this gentle, effective probiotic.

Anch io L ho provato all estero, L ho preso per un anno, poi ritornata in Italia non c era verso di trovarlo.. ho provato altri prodotti, ma nessuno era equivalente. Confermo la recensione precedente alla mia, regola L intestino e sgonfia la pancia!! Felice di averlo trovato su Amazon. Per quanta riguarda la consegna e’ arrivata un giorno prima del dovuto, confezione integra. Solo il corriere sembra aver avuto fretta, visto che ha suonato il citofono e quando sono scesa ho trovato il pacchetto per terra e lui svanito. Mah....
