Helped stop fermentation
Only used it on a few different gallon jugs of Mead so far, but it seems to have stopped fermentation effectively. I'm pleased.

I used this to product to get rid of bacteria’s that may exist in the fruit that I use in my wine. I use this 24 hours before I put the yeast in my wine.

Helps stop/start
Used for stopping any bact/mold/yeast that wasnt intended for a ferm. After 24hrs, it helps establish the monoculture. After fermentation or the moment flavor profile fits expectation, one-two tablets needed to help stop ferm. Or cold shock, aka, stick it in the fridge for 3-8 days.

Works every time. Wine had no carbonation in it after using this product. No adverse flavor either.
