Temflex 1500 Vinyl Electrical Tape White 15 mm x 10 m

Taped up my Apple laptop lead as it's really old, split & shredded all over the place, over 10" of bare wire showing. ... cleaned off old tapes and put this electrical tape around the whole lot. Looks fantastic, all sealed and sturdy. I doubled or tripled layers on bare wire areas first, to pad it out. Colour matches my white laptop... it's a good off white, not grey. Was easy to do..though a lot of angled wrapping! Tape adhesive - well it's good enough for wire wrapping, as it's meant for! so it sticks fine to itself! Don't know how long it will last.. but looks like it may last a while... it's not come undone yet. So so much better than a shredded lead and bare wire. i will buy a second and third role for the tool box, incase i need more. Very happy with purchase :-)

Not your pound shop quality tape - robust with not too much stretch. It is does not have a high shine and it adheres well. I use it for arts and crafts and am very pleased with the results especially as a background to Washi tapes which can be quite translucent - I am sure it would be just as great for it's intended electrical purposes!

It's OK. It's electrical tape after all! It's not very wide though but the dimensions are in the description so my fault.

Used as intended. Good adhesion.

Used to cover a few cables to blend in with surroundings and no noticed any loss of grip or unrolling on cables. Also used to cover an edge of a coffee table and seems to work and hold up quite well for colour and stickiness. Still got a bit left but I would look to purchase again if needed as it works and lasts quite a while.
