My experience
I did not get on with this item at all. That is not to say the piece is not good but I could not deal with itThe company is excellent. I returned the item and immediately my account was credited. I was contacted my e mail and given instructions to take it to a village Post Office. Excellent

Good product, replacement pins now available
I own one of these, purchased from Amazon years ago, but the product listing I purchased from is no longer active. It had a lot of reviews and questions that have sadly been lost.There used to be lots of questions about replacement pins. Back then the answer was "no" - in fact the product listing made it clear that refills were not available.There is a solution now. While they don't sell pins for the "magic tacker", Amazon do sell pins for the similar "takker" product and they fit perfectly. https://amzn.to/3eCrn3k .Make sure you separate the pins before you put them in the unit - the instructions don't make that clear. If you leave them connected they will make a mess of your wall.
