Polycell Crack-Free Ceilings Smooth Silk 2.5L

Fast delivery excellent communication and item well packaged. I did have an issue with the product but a quick online chat with amazon resolved it. Right I made sure I read the reviews on this product as quite a few people had some issues with the coverage and finish so make sure you read the instructions on the product. If you want a good quality finish you need to make sure you prepare the ceiling with good surface. I used a vacuum sander, scrim tape, filler, more sanding and some corking as it smooth's out the edges. I then gave it 2 coats of white emulsion as the ceiling was a dark colour, some more corking and sanding then Two coats of the polycell paint and I'm really happy with the finish product. I know you think it's probably a lot of work and time but it would have cost a lot to have it re-plastered. It's a good quality product that covers well and it's just like rolling on emulsion but a thicker texture.

TRIED THIS ON MY LANDING CEILING AS I HAD 2/3 NOTICEABLE CRACKS UP THERE.. IT COVERED CEILING ALRIGHT ,BUT ALAS NOT THE CRACKS. SO WILL TRY ANOTHER COAT LATER ON..MAYBE EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS.
