Does exactly what it is described for. Mine have had such a lot of use and are still going strong! It also serves well for stopping me from grinding my teeth and biting down during sleep!

I actually microwaved these as a last resort, they did finally melt but were too hot to put in my mouth, I had a solid impression of my teeth from the dentist and still could not do it, the plastic is too thick and doesn’t shrink around your teeth, I’d pay for a proper one in future.

low quality on the plastic and be sure do inboiling watrer even regarding that you shouldnt but be carefull dont have down too long they shrink 5-8 sek then quick press it too teeths and pay attention so they form the front teeth more down under jaw

Arrived quickly, for the price you can not moan. Depends what you are looking for, when dipped in hot water they shrink, so when placed in the mouth to mould around your teeth they do not cover all of your teeth for exale the back teeth (again depends what your looking for) you can not get into the groves of your teeth for better fit more like a bath when solution placed in them. But for the price 5 stars.

Product did not form around my teeth after heating the gumsheilds up past boiling point. Came with no instructions. Thank God they were cheap. Suppose you get what you pay for in the bin they go.

It's best to learn how to use by looking at YouTube videos. It is actually quite easy but takes practice. The trays are good.Good luckJust take your time when making them.Look for safe and suitable bleaching solution. Some teeth will whiten better that others.
