A Must-Have for Every Welder!
Title: A Must-Have for Every Welder! As an avid welder, I can confidently say the O2 Armor Nose Filters are an absolute game-changer. I’ve tried other solutions to reduce exposure to fumes and debris, but nothing has come close to the comfort and effectiveness of these filters. They fit snugly in your nose without being uncomfortable or intrusive, and they don’t interfere with wearing a welding mask at all. Most importantly, they do an excellent job filtering out the harmful particles and fumes that come with welding. Since I started using these, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how I feel after long welding sessions—no more irritated sinuses or that heavy feeling in my chest. The filters are lightweight, discreet, and easy to use. You don’t even notice you’re wearing them after a few minutes. Plus, they’re durable enough to last through extended work periods. If you’re serious about welding and your health, these are a must-have. They provide an extra layer of protection that’s worth every penny. Highly recommend them to any welder out there!

Armor Nose Filters, Industrial Nasal Protection - good way to know what size you need, great filter!
So I've never seen these until I saw this on Amazon and I was curious on how it actually worked. And yes, just like the photo it just goes up your nose and basically turns your nose into an instant filter. In fact it might be better than a face mask because it actually filters particles right at the opening. As opposed to a face mask, the air around the gaps of the mask still gets sucked in unfiltered and straight into your nose. The drawback is that these are so small that if you run into any heavy particles it will just clog it up and you'll end up breathing through your mouth.I see these as more of an emergency filter, small enough to keep in your pocket, bag, or purse. I put it on in my workshop where I do woodworking and it gets the wood dust that doesn't get sucked into my vacuums. So I know it works well. But now I'm paranoid at how much wood dust I actually have been breathing in. Overall very impressed with these.

The plugs work but not a perfect fit.
This product works. I like that they can filter the fumes from welding and they do but, they don't fit right or are not comfortable. The plugs tend to sit sideways defeating the use of the filter. I got the sample pack to see what size fits me well and I am stuck between 3 different sizes. I feel if I had to use these I would get over the feeling of something in my nose but unfortunately this product doesn't suit me well. But it may for somebody else.

Not a universal fit
These are not the most comfortable but I imagine one could get used to the fit, but I found that if they don’t fit well they don’t work at all.

Helpful but different from the full packs
I found my size with the sample pack, it was very comfortable and breathable. I then ordered my size in a ten pack and they're too big. This pack had one perfect one in it though

Useless: all sizes lay flat against septum, will not plug airway
These look like a good idea, but are too thin in depth to stay in place , with the filter covering the airway into nostril. Instead, each filter, of all 4 sizes, simply folds flat up against the septum , blocking little incoming air. These seem like a scam to steal $ from all the allergy sufferers who try this. The company makes a few dollars from maybe thousands of 1 time sales, as no one would buy these twice. It seems clear these were never tested on Real People.Maybe these could stay in the correct part of my nose if the center, connecting plastic string were longer. i didn't try to cut the connecter and find placement for the little filters one at a time, because I didn't want to try to dig them out after. Perhaps, if each tiny filter had a small "string" that just allowed a grip for removal, leaving 2 little "tails" to grab? Bet, that length is going to be different on different people. If they had a wider, more plug-like shape, they might stay in place, but as is, they just fold up against the septum.I feel ripped off. Checking refund policy after posting, but wanted to warn others not to waste timme and money first.

Couldn't get them to fit
I don't know if I'm the idiot but I couldn't get them to fit correctly. I tried every size in the package and none of them fit comfortably. When I thought I finally got it in place, I noticed there was still a gap between the filter and the wall of my nose. It feels uncomfortable sitting in your nose and I couldn't for the life of me get them to "seal" to actually prevent dust/debris from being breathed in. It felt like they kept bending back into my nose instead of sitting straight and flat to create the intended barrier.

Comfy. Flexible. Pleasant. Nearly invisible.
I used this variety pack to determine which size I would need for my nose. I have the most average white boy nose you can think of. Not long, not short, not wide, not narrow, not big, not small.I work as an AC Ductwork installer and I plan on using these while in attics where I'm swimming in fiberglass. For this application, medium fits me the best, and large will still work properly (even if they stretch my nostrils out). Extra large is *very* difficult to fit into my nostrils and are incredibly uncomfortable. They also fold the filter significantly. Will update the review if I notice they don't do their job at blocking fiberglass (my throat gets itchy)extra small and small seem like they're exclusively for kids and I do
