Q: Do I need T/Gel conditioner after this?

I have not come across a stand-alone t gel conditioner with coal tar. I would usually use it on its own, as I use it only about once a fortnight (for scalp psoriasis). If I feel I needed a conditioner I just use my regular one on the ends.
