Amazing customer service
We love our cereal dispenser - nice and easy for kids to use. However we had a long wait while it was stuck at Stansted. When I sent a query email to the suppliers in America, they bent over backwards to get the item cleared, and nothing was too much trouble. Just the sort of customer service you come to expect from US companies.

Nice novelty item
Received this item the day after it was re ordered as the first one didn't turn up, I found it's a good item as a novelty item, not very stable, and not really suitable for heavy cereals and large bowls.
