Don’t wear them on your skin!
These are easy to apply to your clothing and come off with no damage done. Each pad starts to slowly heat up when it’s removed from its packaging. The heat it supplies lasts for hours, and it soothes the pain away. I really recommend this product.

Good heat patches
These get a little warmer than the popular heat patch, only issue I have is the same as with all heat patches, the glue sticks too well and they are hard to get off. I have taken to sticking them the wrong way around so they stick to my clothes (pants) instead of my skin, I also will tuck my vest inside to stop too much direct contact when they get too hot.

Sorts out the fibrosis
Ended up with sarcoma in my calf and the radiotherapy has lead to fibrosis. This means with the cold weather my remaining muscle will tighten massively and that kicks off neuropathic pain on top of the tightness pain, anyway this product stops the tightening and is very effective with the zero temperatures. A colleague at work had back pain so I mentioned this product and she loved it too.

Helps but not full relef
Easy to use and does help with back pain but dors not totally relieve it unfotunately.
