Perimenopause
The product arrived quickly. Ibought this as it was recommended to ease perimenopause symptoms. I have only been using it for a couple of days so it is a little early to tell if it is helping. However the capsules are easy to swallow.

Softer skin and feeling generally more in control.
I feel like you get quite a lot considering what you pay, but compared to other similar supplements, effects are much slower and I found after a 2 weeks of use I'm finally noticing results, my skin feels much softer and I feel more calm.I feel sad far less, however I get frustrated much more easily, but I'm not sure if that's due to the supplements.

Not for women suffering with endometriosis or POS
After finishing second pack of the tablets I can say if you are woman suffering with endometriosis or POS or both do not use this product. I have been agonising pain for two weeks now. I did continue with the tablets thinking it will ease off ...it’s getting worse. It’s a shame as I really love products of this company and they are generally very very good.
