good quality sage, which I use for cooking and also for making into a healthy, healing herbal tea. Brilliant for sorting out tummy issues, brilliant as a gargle for sore throats or bactericidal mouthwash. Just simmer 1tablespoon in small milkpan of water, until a golden colour, cool down and use. Gives heavenly smell all around the house, whilst simmering! Lovely

Not as good quality as it used to be.

I use this product for inhaling to treat my sinus infection. I put sage and salt in a bowl and pour hot water over it. It has an amazing smell. It is much better and in bulk cheaper than Tesco. I recommend this kind of sage. The cheapest options were on amazon.
