Sits on my desk as a memento of a bad purchase decision Very poor quality plastic so edge of casing now cracked & disintegrating after only few weeks of use and there appears to be no way to get a replacement casing.(see pictures) So a waste of money. Its one of those good ideas in theory but in everyday use just doesn't really work. Casing material just not strong enough to attach to key ring. Absolutely no response from customer services with polite request to purchase new case. Customer service doesn't seem to exist.If a company wont back up their product with customer service they only deserve 1 star. It just reinforces that for me this has been a total waste of money. For something that is supposed to be carried around as part of key ring the plastic should have been better quality, capable of withstanding a bit of bashing from metal keys. For the short time ot eas used it was occasionally useful but quality not up to the job. The sound from buzzer is almost inaudible unless you stand right over it, You have to remember to keep bluetooth & location turned on all the time on phone (thus draining phone battery) Very sparse & confusing instructions included. Setup - took several attempts in spite of following instructions the app refused to find it. In the end I had to turn bluetooth off and on, close the app and re-start and also reset the device. The usefulness is if the keys are within bluetooth range but you have to play hide & seek to actiallyy find them as the 'buzz' is only audible within a 1m or so range unless your hearing is exceptionally good. If lost and if you remember to keep bluetooth & location permanently turned on the the phone you might get a rough idea where they are. Just press a button on your phone, after you have asked Alexa to find that for you first, then your keys will beep. It does have the reverse function to find your phone by pressing a button on the device, but usually, I have lost that too. I did test it though and it works perfectly.I seen others have said it's not very loud, but to be honest I think the volume is fine and not had a problem with it.I'm thinking about getting one of these for my dad this fathers day as I must have got the lost key disorder from him. This little gadget is actually one that would be used and such an easy gift for the dad who already has everythingI would love to be able to say Alexa find my keys, can you do that Xupo? I setup to my iPhone which was very easy and connected the device to my keys. I placed my keys in the next room and tried to find them using the app. I couldn't hear a thing so retrieved the keys and held them in my outstretched arm.......nothing!! I was convinced that I hadn't set it up right but then I heard a faint bleep when it when it was about 12 inches away. Convinced I had a faulty device I contacted the seller who replied asking me to send in logs from the app and then arrange a telephone support call. Whilst this was helpful from the seller, it was not something I wanted to get lumbered with, especially as the device was straight out of the box.
