I Have awful sweaty feet, and fir comfort i wear a brand if shoe/trainer that has memiry foam siles which make my feet very hot, i sprayed on before wearing and it certainly did the truck it stops my feet from smelling and the shoe as well. A good known brand that lives up to uts name.

I use this for climbing to avoid the inevitable stinky climbing shoe problem, which is normal but I don’t like it. I use this on my feet before I put my climbing shoes on, when I’m done I put dehumidifiers in my shoes then when I’m home I put a spray of lemon sole in and I have never ever had issues with my climbing shoes since. I also use this before a big summer hike. One tip, if you have nice wooden floors don’t spray this on your feet and walk on your floors straight away or it leaves marks, make sure it has dried first.

Perfect product

This spray works incredibly well - nothing else has stopped my feet from getting sweaty like this! The only downside is the smell when spraying it; it’s quite weird and unpleasant. Thankfully, the scent doesn’t obviously linger once it’s on.
