HOW TO USE: 1. Begin by running the gunky pan under hot water. Scrape large pieces with a scraper. 2. Start scrubbing with the chainmail scrubber and water. This will get the last bits of cooked food off the pan. 3. After cleaning, the cast iron pan must be thoroughly dried or it will rust. Place in a warm oven to dry. 4. We prefer to put it back on the stove burner and heat for around 1 minute. 5. Shut off burner heat and allow to cool before putting it away. This will remove every bit of water.
