Good genuine leather. Easy to handle. The lock gave away in 6 months, however their customer care was very responsive through WhatsApp and they immediately replaced it. Do not let the lock open with a jolt. Hold the lock with your finger so that it doesn't open with a jolt.(jhatka). Then it will last longer. Other than this it's a wonderful product. Very compact yet holds enough daily office items that you require including any size laptop. Good quality and secure pockets. Numerical lock even for front pocket which is good. I am using it for my office. Looks premium and expensive.

Style and design is world class.They have very good after sale service policy. They are humane. They are highly cooperative. They accommodate all customer queries and resolve them with utmost professionalism.

For the price being charged for this product, the quality fails to meet expectations and how. The lock seems like it would break after a few uses, the inside of the suitcase is shabby and finishing is bad.
