This is the one I've been looking for. The first hit is the Garlic and light warmth. Then the heat (mild) grows and lingers. This isn't a red hot chilli sauce but rather a wonderfully well rounded garlic and chilli infusion. The ingredients list is slightly misleading on the picture as the top ingredient is actually sugar, not chili. This is very evident. It's produced in Malaysia ... so you know it's good. ;-)

Brilliant stuff. It goes into all sorts of dishes whether people like garlic and chilli or not! We add it to duck and chicken dishes as well as adding a little to bowls of rice and fish. It's very adaptable, just give it a shake and add a few drops. Be careful not to add too much or you'll be reaching for the yogurt to cool your mouth. We always buy it when we are in England but lately we haven't been able to find it in the shops local to my sister's house in Kent so we were delighted to be able to order it from you and it's already been put to good use. Marvellous.
