I had a TKR 2 weeks ago and I got sciatica meaning laying or sitting was very painful after reading about this cushion I thought I would give it a try. It arrived quickly with 2 spares covers which were very welcome. I tried it first on my dinning room chair and for the first time I was able to sit without feeling I was sitting on concrete. The cushion raised me up a little so the back of my thighs got cushioned which is where my sciatic nerve hurts most when I sit down. The car was next with great comfort given here the edge of car seat no longer felt like I was leaving on an iron bar. As a Fybromyalgia sufferer I am used to being in constant pain. This product is a life changer. Until this cushion sitting caused me extreme pain.. This cushion means I can sit on my ergonomic office chair without being in agony . It has reduced my daily overall pain levels. Yes it is more expensive than some other options but that is because it works. I have recommended this products to all my friends and family. I will be buying another one for myself as well. Suite à une hernie discale plus que douloureuse, j'ai acheté ce coussin.Au bureau ou sur une chaise en bois c'est vraiment indispensable et malgré mon poids il garde sa forme.Les 2 housses de coussin ne sont pas forcement nécessaire.

No es que sea un cojín mágico, pero en mi nuevo trabajo la silla es muy mala, y me dolía el culete varias semanas ya. Con este cojín se me ha reducido el dolor mucho. This made so much difference for me! I have severe tailbone pain and have tried 3 different pillows, and this is the keeper! I love that it comes with extra covers, and the handy carrying case is really nice as well. The cushion is contoured nicely and fits my behind really well, leaving the hole for my tailbone in the right place, and puts no pressure whatsoever on my coccyx. Finally, relief! There's no undue pressure put on the back of my thighs either, and I can push the cushion forward or backwards so it sits in just the right place. It works great in the car, on the floor, in a chair, on the couch, everywhere I've tried it. It's really been worth every penny and then some. I'd have happily paid twice the price for this much relief and ease of use.Donut pillows didn't do it, because sitting in a hole didn't allow me to get the pressure off my tailbone without sitting in a slouch position which hurt my back. A solid cushion didn't help, because there was still pressure on my tailbone which was the problem to begin with.This pillow feels firm when you squeeze it, but doesn't feel hard when you sit on it. It gives nicely, but also supports you and keeps you comfortable. It takes all the pressure off your tailbone and allows you to sit in a normal position, which also supports your back. So if you have back issues (which I also do) this is really an excellent cushion and the best of all the ones I've tried. I highly recommend it.
