An excellent, high quality product. I bought these for freezing breastmilk, and specifically chose silicone to avoid the leaching of chemicals into the milk.The frozen milk / food is very easy to remove in individual portions, leaving the rest in the freezer.I write in the lid with a dry wipe marker to track the date of each section, and this could also be used to label the type of food (I haven't used it to freeze food as my baby girl just gets what food we're having, no purees, so much easier and more fun for her!).Each section holds about 70ml, or just under 2.5 oz. This is a really handy size portion to freeze milk in to avoid defrosting too much at a time and wasting it. Simply pop a section out into a jug, cover and put in the fridge to defrost, or stand the jug in warm water, swirling occasionally to defrost and warm at the same time if you need to use it straight away.Very easy to clean.Nice and stable in the freezer, unlike some thinner, flimsier silicone products.The lid fits well and is easy to take off.I suspect it will get years of use before it's no longer suitable for food, and if I'm around to see that happen we'll use it for the kids paint pots, though that might be the grandkids as I can't see it wearing out before then.

I have two of the Mushy Mushy Baby Food Storage trays now. I bought a first one several weeks ago and it was so useful and easy to use that I ordered a second tray. I was very impressed when I placed the order yesterday and it was delivered this morning!We are still in the early stages of weaning (week 6!) and these trays are excellent. It's great having a tray which you can fill as opposed to lots of little pots which are all over the place in the freezer. The Food Storage Tray is so easy to fill and pop out individual portions when frozen. It's also very easy to clean and I can stack the two trays in the freezer. There is something very satisfying about filling up the freezer with baby food, especially when it is confined neatly within the trays. I would definitely recommend this to other Mums as it's made me life easier!

Exactly what I was looking for to freeze my baby's food in. Self contained, Easy to pop portions out of, easy to carry without spilling, easy to clean. Great product. A little bit more than I was hoping to spend but well worth the price. I also like that it is oven proof, so it will have a life beyond baby food for cake pops, faerie cakes etc. Though I have not tried this feature yet!

These pots are wonderful! Just the right portion size, they aren't floppy when you lift the whole tray up full of food, and the food pops out really easily once frozen so you can store it in bags if you want to. (Otherwise you can leave the food in the trays and buy lots.) I bought them after reading the reviews and particularly wanted something BPA free, which these are. I was also fed up with rigid little pots, which although ideal for storage, were not ideal when I wanted to get the food out. These trays are microwave and dishwasher safe and the bonus is that they are oven safe so you can bake in them! Will be ideal later on for baking little cakes and for making ice lollies in the freezer. Thank you Mushy Mushy.

Very easy to get the frozen food out but the lid doesn't fit properly and it is difficult to get it to stay on. Fine for the freezer but would definitely not travel with it!

I bought these for my daughter to use for our grand-daughter,(where were they when my children were little!!!) They are sooooo easy to fill, and once frozen, to get out.The top is great, make sure you get the little tabs under the lip and it fits beautifully. I have a similar one, but did not realise, when I bought this one, that it can also go in the oven. Bonus. cant wait to get baking. this is also brilliant for freezing adult type food. we have bought little plastic freezer bags that have a space for the date and contents (they all look the same when smushed up and frozen) for keeping track of how long you have had it. all in all, I would recommend this to everyone.In fact, mums with babies could do with two or three. I have purchased one for my son, whose wife is expecting.

I was super excited when I got these from all the good reviews. I was going to start weaning so I wanted to cook in batches and then freeze. So far so good. The problem is removing only one at a time from the pack after frozen, always burned my hands with the cold. And then because I defrost in the fridge overnight, had to transfer them to a Tupperware for defrost and eventually to the bowl to feed the baby. Decided to just buy bowls I could use in the freezer: won’t “cold-burn” my hands each time and less stuff to wash afterwards.

I am starting to get organised to begin weaning my daughter and was looking for something to freeze portions of food in. I considered cheaper ice cube trays, but was put off by multiple reviews saying they break, crack and are hard to get food out of. I am really happy with my new mushy mushy pots. Very sturdy so no spillages before food is frozen. Good size (I can part fill at the moment but lots of space to freeze larger portions as she grows). Lid fits and clips on. Plus when I am no longer using for purées can be used for baking, lollies or my favourite- huge ice cubes! I also was sent a free e-book which consolidates lots of helpful weaning advice into one place and has some very tasty looking recipes.
