The description states 10-pc but photo shows 11 pieces, please clarify which piece is missing?

I received everything in the photo.

My sponge in my package is wet? Is this normal?

Mine came feeling wet but it wasn’t, it also “dried” much later to where it felt hard. Once you wet it it’s fine and flexible again
