Works perfectly
I bought one gang for my bedroomEasy to install.work with my phone app.and Alexa too.No need to get out of bed to switch off light anymore.Am.about to order one more.

Requires a deep back box in order to install
This prdocut arrived and I was excited to install. Upon opening however it was clear that I was going to be unable to install due to the fact that the gubbins behind the switch is pretty deep and currently my home has shallow back boxes which do not accomodate.Nowhere at the time of purchase could Ifind any information on the depth of backbox required.The unit itself looks great and I can imagine pretty stylish when installed.Unfortunatley I had to return for a refund, but when I do carry out my rewire I shall be fitted deep back boxes and getting a few of these as the looks alone are worth it.

Easy Install
Had to install a wardrobe that covered a light switch. This was the perfect solution.Had a few of this type of smart device now and this one was the easiest so far to install.Clear instructions and labelling.Went in in a few minutes and paired up up with my Smart Life app without issue.Working fine with Alexa voice control.So no need now to access the actual switch on the wall now it's buried behind a wardrobe, we just control it with voice command or the app.Recommend.

Rubbish
Unable to assign existing WiFi switches to the touch buttons via smart life app. Works only for lights with direct wiring.

Intermittent
The light switch is modern but the reset light is constantly coming on and it has to be reset. Also, the lights come on on their own occasionally which is frustrating.

Perfect. Super value for maoney. Easy to replace
The media could not be loaded. My old smart switch lost the back light for one of the buttons (only 3gang). I decided to replace it with 4 gang switch. I try not to spend too much money for those things. I have connected patio lights (connected via zigbee switch that is outside) to the fourth button. Now you can turn them on or off from the kitchen switch.

Easy to set up
Easy to install, the buttons light up so you can see it in the dark. It linked easily to the Wi-Fi easy to follow instructions and a nice little app on the phone to set up timers and to switch the lights on and off.

Handy
Really handy light switch Alexa looses connection with it sometimes but all in all ideal for the lazy couch potato
