A basic stand
If you just want a very basic stand that will hold an SM58 style mic, then this will do the job just fine. However it is quite light weight and I doubt it would hold sturdy if you were to try to attach a heavier condenser mic with a shock mount, pop shield or other accessories. You would also struggle to attach anything else, as the size of the screw threads are not industry standard.

Good value for money
Sturdy and really good value for the money. However there is a minor problem with balance with heavier microphones like mine. The counterweight could do with being larger and perhaps adjustable as the stand wants to fall over when the boom arm is horizontal. Balance has to be achieved by adjusting the horizontal boom position, which isn't ideal. But at this fantastic price, it's certainly not a deal breaker. One could just hang something at the other end if necessary!

very poor quality. Wont hold the weight of a standard microphoneat 90 degree (eg over a piano)
very poor quality. Wont hold the weight of a standard microphone and the 90 degree twisting grip between upright and angled part broke at the screw. I used it three times. Very disaapointed and a waste of money.

Everything as described. Easy to set up. I use it to hang a banner rather than a microphone and it works fine.

Cheap, simple and effective
This is a simple, cheap microphone stand. While it probably won't stand up to being thrown into the back of a gigging band's van night after night, it's more than robust enough for my home studio and occasional jam sessions.

Excelent value for money
Excelent value for money. being able to use 2 mics on it at the same time is great.This is a lightweight stand so dont expect it to hold heavy mics on the boom extended out too far

adjustable height stand perfect for youth club etc. additional clips are a bonus . folds neatly and is light weight. would recommend this product for occasional use. not robust enough for heavy traffic.
