Q: I'd like to know what size to choose for my boyfriend, his jeans size is W33 L36 he have fine legs ,thanks for your answer

Hi I have extra large for 36/31 and they are very stretchy and quite long probably go with extra large

Q: Jeans waist 32 leg 32 what size would fit me?

I've had four pairs of FDX cycle 'bottoms' - 2 tights and 2 bib tights. All are XL and these fit me pretty well (waist 36 inside leg 29) although I have to turn over the leg bottoms on the bib tights. The tights are pretty stretchy, so I reckon you'd be OK with a size L.

Yeah seem fine in cold weather, no issues with them

Q: What size for 38" waist 30" leg

Funny thing is I'm not sure I have a straight answer for you. I have a waist size 34 leg 32 and the L is okay for my waist but a bit long on the legs. I hope this helps :)
