Amazing compliment to any costume or cute outfit. These are adult leg warmers. Bought for daughter unicorn costume so on her they scrunch down on her if you don't use extra elastic or ribbon or body glue, but still look great scrunched down. If you aren't used to leg warmers they will keep your legs warm. If you leave the LED lights on the entire night it will only be a touch warmer. Think wool socks pulled up over calf warm. Not hot, but warm. Less than the thick monsters inc or troll leg warmer, but enough to look fluffy and cute. Added bonus you can not turn lights on and it will look solid white. 2 different settings for lights, fast blinking or slow. Both look great. Also, it came with batteries AND extra batteries. This is a great product and I highly recommend. Can't beat for the price.

I bought these for my daughter for her unicorn costume for Halloween. They are adorable and work very well! They even come with a set of extra batteries. They light up in different settings and are pretty bright! Definitely worth the money.

These worked great! I wore them for glow night at a music festival and had them on from about 6pm -2am and they ran strong. I got a lot of compliments on how fun they are too.

I’d say these are made for a teenager small or child. Also they do not light up as it looks in picture, so vibrant + colorful. Thinking they may work for arm warmers tho, it’s not a total loss.

These were thinner than I thought. They were shorter too. I was afraid to pull them up higher for fear of ripping them. They were lined with a thin cotton material to separate the lights. They came with a battery that lasted the entire night.

These were great addition to my Halloween Costume. Big hit. Easy to put batterieis and lights into. Good longevity on lights. Note the fit is snug, these are rather petite sized

I bought this for a glow in the dark event. The day I received it I tested it out to make sure it works so when the day of the event arrived I would have no issues. Well, I put it on my legs and one of them completely stopped working, the other lit up half. I even changed the batteries, same thing. Very disappointed at it was for an outfit I had in mind. Luckily it's returnable.

I am over the moon with excitement. I'm plus size and these fit me. They are very stretchy so can fit pretty much any size. I'm use to things not working out for my size, but these work. They even sent along extra batteries so you can wear them again and again and again. I definitely recommend these. They also arrived the next day as advertised. Amazing!
