I love the fact that nothing sticks to it. It is easy to get any baked item out of the cups with nothing stuck to the cups. I use it mainly for making egg cups. The reinforcement around the outside edge of the pan makes it very secure when you are loading it in the oven. I should have bought these a long time ago. It is now my main go to for making anything in muffin cups.
