A mother I purchased this lunch box for my daughter. It was important to me to find a lunch box that would allow me to pack both cold and hot items. I saw this, with the dual compartments, and decided it was ideal.The design was pretty sturdy. I purchased along with this lunch box, a few ice packs and a container to keep hot items hot longer. I pack the cold items in the bottom or the lunch box and reserve the top compartment for hot items. From the moment I pack it until the moment she opens it again is about three and a half hours. She stated that her cold items were still cold and her hot items weren't hot, but warm enough that she could eat her food without needing to reheat it.The inside is insulated and lined, so spills are easy to clean. The shoulder strap is a nice additional, although it doesn't work as well if you are carrying a backpack or purse. Overall, I would recommend this item.A working personI just started bringing lunch to work everyday and wanted a medium-sized lunch bag that I did not have to tilt the containers on their sides to put them in. After hours of research, this is the perfect choice! At first, it seemed too big but in the long run it being a little big means I can put my lunch in the bottom and a few snacks, another drink, and fruit in the top. I love that I can pack multiple snacks and even multiple meals inside. The insulation is also great. The comfort-grip handle strap is great and it's well made.It's big enough for you, if you don't have time for breakfast, you can definitely put your breakfast and lunch together, two large separate storage rooms has enough room for snacks also !!! Keep food warm still, super satisfied!!!
