Q: What is best medium or golden medium.? I normally use medium but thought I'd try golden.

I have both ! I wear medium, but golden medium really does brighten your complexion, especially in summer.

Q: Does it conceal blemishes well?

Yeah, it's good cos you can vary the coverage by layering it up, or use a light coverage for a lighter finish. Use the brush almost pushed to the top so it's compact and it gives good concentrated coverage on individual blemishes.
