The product and product brand are excellent. I will repurchase this product again and again. However, the downfall is that it is shipped without an ice pack. These are high quality probiotics and if shipped warm, the live cultures die and you lose all the benefit of taking this quality of a probiotic. So, I give this a 4 only because it is not shipped on ice. It is better to buy this from someone who will ship on ice.

Great product - I love Pure Encapsulations because they manufacture products as allergy free as can be desired.This product was hot to the touch when I received it. I was very disappointed - per Pure Encapsulations, these products cannot be exposed to high heat and maintain their effectiveness. I immediately emailed iServe, and 3 days later left a review (which got a reply).iServe said they would refund the purchase price, which I appreciated.

Started thus product after my naturopathic doctor recommend them. These were great really helped with my gut issues within the first couple of days. This company is def the real deal and worth the money. I started with 1 pill in am on empty stomach with water. I find it best for me this way so it enables the probiotics to breakdown and flourish in the gut alone and populate the digestive system before any food gets down there. I added another one so UI to 2 pills at once and noticed even more of an improvement in any gut related issues. Give them a try def worth it in my opinion.

I need this product for my treatment & it is an excellent product. Te shipping needs improvement. It is supposed to be kept cool and they ship it with a cool pack. The one they use is inadequate for summer heat. It was piping hot on arrival. I hope it didn’t kill the probiotics.

I have been taking one capsule a day for 21 days. I think I am going to have to give up on this product. I noticed more gas and digestesion issues since I started taking it but I read that strong probiotics can take your system a while to get used to. I have given it a chance but it hasn't helped my leaky gut at all. I have more gas and constipation than ever. I had heard this is a good probiotic for people with autoimmune issues and gut issues so I was willing to pay the high price. Now I wish I could get my money back. I have also had a headache the last week and I don't know why. I have been avoiding all the foods I am intolerant to (dairy, eggs, gluten) and eating lots of vegetables. So disappointing. I use this brand for magnesium and am happy with it.
