Speaker works well. Great microphone. Every once in a while the volume is turned way up. Realized I might be accidentally be touching the speaker, which can adjust the volume. Once I watched for that it was not an issue. Good design over all. Wish my computer had this stuff built-in.

The Teams Certified component sold me, but I'm far from impressed overall. Coworkers still announce that I have an echo, and I need to understand why the Teams option doesn't automatically activate without me selecting it.

The listing for this device in one spot suggests that this can only be used corded which is not the case; the device has a built-in battery which allows you to use it for the entire workday on a single charge. The CP700 supports just about any of the unified communications applications; including Teams, WebEx, Zoom. GoToMeeting, and many more. Connection to your PC or phone is made via USB or Bluetooth, this particular version of the device also includes a Bluetooth dongle which is only necessary if your system does not have native Bluetooth capability. The Yealink brand has established itself as a market leader and this product holds to that high standard.

The work from home life isn't going anywhere for me so I finally invested in upgrading my setup and ordered this speakerphone for a enhanced virtual meeting experience. Previously, I had a big issue with ambient neighborhood noise obscuring what was said with my laptop speakers. While it took me a little bit to get used to this little powerhouse once I did I felt like we were all in the same room together. Other meeting participants went out of their way to say my clarity was noticeably improved.

As part of my job I have meetings, and rarely we have people join via the phone, or computer. The last time it was nothing but issues with the call.
