The book exceeded my expectations. The details, suggestions, and illustrations were sufficient for the do-it-yourself individual. Also, there were a few tips helpful for the aspiring pro. Good value.

Very concise, good ideas

The weakest part of the republication of this book is the poor reproduction of black and white photography.

Very good book for beginners. Covers the basics as well as the advanced topics.

Good informative book. Basics for a newby, but enough detail and advanced techniques to keep an old hand interested.

great book straight forward great gift

I have been working my way through this book, chapter by chapter and find it good. However, seems to be edited down missing steps and pictures in the instructional review.
