They taste like orange halwa, but moulded into the form of earplugs. As to whether they're effective or not, I'm not entirely certain. I've been dealing with acidity issues for a while now. Ordered it for myself. I used it diligently for a month but failed to see any noticeable difference in my gut health. Well to be honest I made no changes to my diet. It tasted good that's a plus point. I will not be ordering it again. It's too heavy on my pocket.

I had it only for 2 days coz I had week long gas and bloting issue and I could feel the differece immediately. Extremely satisfied .
