Works ok. Keeps water clean.

I’ve purchased these before and a box lasts approx 2 years. The birds like to drink from the bird bath as well as the wood pigeons like to sit in it.The tablet fizzes up and water clears within the hour. Sometimes have to move the water around with a stick to fully clear the water.

Product good delivery bad I was in prduct shoved through door no knock or bell then van turned around on my drive narrowly missing my car! Yet you can drive both ways down the street and etc out onto the main road

Great at stopping the constant algae growth

It has improved the algae situation, but maybe all the heat and topping up of water is making it less effective.

I have a bird bath with a small solar powered fountain which is continuously getting clogged up by algae growth. What I should have done was cleaned out the bath prior to using the tablets, but I was curious what would happen. As instructed I put in a tablet in the evening, the following morning I found that about half the growth on the bowl and fountain had gone. This continued to clear over the course of the next day or so. It didn't clear completely, but then the entire surface of the bowl had been covered in the stuff.The effect lasted about two weeks before I started noticing growth again. This time I have cleaned out the bowl first, hopefully this will have an even better effect.Marked down as 50p a tablet that only lasts a couple of weeks feels a little steep, especially as it didn't completely clear a bird bath. But on the other hand if you think of it as £9 a year that seems better value. In any case it does what it says on the pack.
