Great motherboard with everything a gamer needs!
I used this motherboard for my first PC build. While there were a lot of headaches involved, this motherboard made the daunting task of booting up and installing the necessary software very easy. The build quality is impressive and slick. The overall design made for quick installation of all my components. I appreciated the ease of removing all the components too when it came to troubleshooting. The GPU release button made removing the GPU quick and safe. That's something more motherboards need to implementThe motherboard took up quite a bit of room inside my PC case. The tight fit left just enough room on all sides to get some creative cable management going. I would do a little more research on tolerances inside the case if cable management is a priority for you.A month later, I've had no issues with the preinstalled components. The onboard WiFi 6e delivers on its promised Internet speeds and stability. Bluetooth works well and can easily handle all my devices. There's plenty USB A ports and audio jacks included that'll handle pretty much everything you'll need. There is only one USB C though so if you'd like more slots a good expander or a slightly different version of this card might be the move. All in all great experience with this! ASUS never fails to deliver on their ROG Strix line.

Badass Motherboard!!
When I bought this motherboard it has only received a single 1 star review. This had confused me but I didn’t let it deter me. After doing some research on this motherboard, I had found it to be the best value motherboard with the B650E chipset inside.Enough about my research and opinions, allow me to state some facts. A Ryzen 9 7900X fits nicely in this motherboard with plenty of power and overclocking to spare!*****Though it should be noted that this motherboard can use an additional 4pin CPU power cable for more stability! It is not required for it to run. I am currently running the main 4+4pin CPU power cable and it runs just fine for me. Though I’m going wait before I overclock any further…*****One area where somebody could have an issue is with ARGB, the new kid on the block. The interface is different from what most people have used in the past. It only uses 3 pins, with 1 blank in the middle, to send signals to your colorful components. RGB uses 4 pins. *****This motherboard only has 1 RGB header and 3 ARGB headers! Make sure that your equipment is supported!***** I had gotten lucky with this since I had upgraded my liquid cooler to one that uses ARGB.For those who are scared to upgrade to AM5, don’t be. Installing the CPU was a breeze as it very closely resembled the same process for installing an Intel CPU. The only drawback of upgrading is the cost. If you are currently on an AM4 platform with 3rd or 5th gen Ryzen, then you probably won’t need to make the switch unless you absolutely need the performance. I had come from a Ryzen 5 2600 which made the jump to AM5 justifiable. Twice the CPU performance is what I got with this upgrade. Only for the small price of $800 in the CPU, motherboard, RAM, and AIO expense of course!!In the end, it should be noted that looks can be deceiving. People should really do their own research before turning a blind eye. In this case, I feel that many people are going to be misconceived just because of somebody having an issue with the board that most people will not have to deal with!

Amazing board, outstanding quality for it's price.
I was very uneasy purchasing from asus again, as the previous board I had gotten came with faulty USB headers that were causing me to BSOD. This however has no issues, it runs smoothly, and while it does have a slightly long boot time, it doesn't bother me at all. No errors ever since finishing my build, no BSODs, and a very clean and cool design. The value for your money is a no brainer, it works great if you control ot though Corsairs icue software plug-in as well, and I haven't encountered any Software conflicts at all.

Update - it's dead og - Most I had to struggle with a new build
Update 9 months later:Pc refuses to power on, troubleshooting revealed that the motherboard is the problem. Amazon says to contact Asus for warranty support, Asus says that they can't help me since I'm not in the United States, Amazon say at first they can help me then nothing, second amazon agent tells me sorry they can't help me either, so essentially I'm screwed. Quick to sell to other countries but absolutely unable to support you.Bad things- no WiFi or lan drivers detected while installing Windows 11, which meant I had to use my phone USB tethered to get past the Windows setup, and to download the network drivers-BIOS update through EZflash went fine but system was unstable. If this was because of me installing it off of the SSD then fine, had to make use of another computer and flash using USB to get a functioning computer again-Armory Crate is sluggish and forced upon you, and after getting my bios sorted from the botched update the only way I could control my fans were with Armory Crate. Nothing I do directly in the bios itself would affect fan speeds, no third party tools, nothing. Strictly Armory Crate, which I hate less than earlier iterations/versions for peripheralsGood-Good feature set for the price-M2 SSD slots all have heatsinks-Boot times are alright once I figured out I had a faulty SATA cableI'd recommend this motherboard, but it has some hiccups with the drivers, the BIOS updater within the bios caused more stress than not, Armory Crate driver installation also messed up thing when I was on the latest bios.Desired-Better WiFi drivers, had to set Windows to prefer the 5G band else speeds would drop once the signal just jittered for the slightestSome know how on how to troubleshoot etc is required if you were to manually build your own PC with this, once working I have no complaints.

Decent Mother board
Works well, a little unstable when updating Bios or doing windows updates, sometimes fails to past post, when updating a chipset.
